Case Management Supervisor
Tawnya DeLancey joined CCIL as a Service Coordinator in 2017. Ms. DeLancey advanced through the company to become a Case Management Supervisor over the Parkersburg/Charleston/Huntington areas in 2019. Ms. DeLancey holds a bachelors degree in Child Development from West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Ms. DeLancey also has a background with West Virginia Birth to Three. Ms. DeLancey is married with 3 young children. Ms. DeLancey and her family enjoy spending their time together skiing and going to anything WVU related.
“As someone with family members that are part of the I/DD community, being a Service Coordinator with CCIL allowed me to learn more about the community by interacting with members and their families regularly. I have built relationships over the years with families that I will forever hold very dear to me. Now as a supervisor, I love that I can share my experiences and knowledge with others while continuing to build relationships with members as well as others working in the I/DD field. I have been so blessed to have had such a supportive management team that is willing to help me learn and grow in my position so that I can assist those under me, and be the best I can be in my position.”
